Summary
2022-05-11: At Fredericton, NB (CYFC), after a Moncton Flight College Diamond DA 20-C1 (C-FDYW) departed to conduct circuits, the aircrafts radio became "transmit only". The pilot squawked 7600 and the controller used light gun signals. The aircraft landed without incident.
