2021-02-19: A Toronto Airways Inc. Cessna 172S (C-FWLQ) from Toronto/Oshawa, ON (CYOO) to Toronto/Oshawa, ON (CYOO) lost engine power after landing on Runway 23 and was unable to coast out of the runway protected area (RPA) onto Taxiway B. The active runway was changed to Runway 30. Minimal delay to operations.
