2021-02-19: At Yellowknife, NT (CYZF), ground control observed a vehicle (TK84) on Taxiway Bravo. The vehicle proceeded to Taxiway Foxtrot and reported being clear of the taxiway and finished with the snow route. The vehicle had not been given instructions to proceed onto any manoeuvring areas from ground control.
