Summary
2021-01-12: A Keewatin Air Cessna 560 Citation V (C-GBNX/KEW504M) from Rankin Inlet, NU (CYRT) to Winnipeg/James Armstrong Richardson, MB (CYWG) was pulled up by the tower when approximately 5NM final for Runway 18 due to a vehicle (BL137) that was stuck inside the runway protected area (RPA). The aircraft went back to arrival and landed on Runway 31. No other impact to operations.
