2020-06-26: A privately registered Beech 35-C33 from Montreal/St-Hubert, QC (CYHU) to Quebec/Jean Lesage, QC (CYQB), upon departure from CYHU, was observed on radar to be climbing to 2000ft. The Canadian Flight Supplement (CFS) procedure instructs all departures not to climb higher than 1100ft until exiting the zone. No other impact.
