Summary

2020-07-29: A Pacific Flying Club Cessna 172P (C-GOSB) from Vancouver/Boundary Bay, BC (CZBB) to Vancouver/Boundary Bay, BC (CZBB) was overflying the Langley, BC (CYNJ) control zone. The aircraft was passed traffic when it was approximately 1 mile southwest of CYNJ. C-GOSB had traffic in sight, then proceeded to descend into the control zone without clearance as they proceeded southwest, and were not reachable on the radio. No impact on operations.
