Summary

2020-01-13: A Flair Airlines Boeing 737-86N (C-FFLA/FLE102) on a flight from Edmonton Intl, AB (CYEG) to Vancouver Intl, BC (CYVR) was issued the missed approach Runway 08L. A Jazz de Havilland DHC-8-402 (JZA8086) on a flight from Victoria Intl, BC (CYYJ) to Vancouver Intl, BC (CYVR) landing ahead was told to exit M4 which confused the pilot who was trying to exit M1, which is the taxiway the controller meant to say. JZA8086 missed M1 and exited M3. Due to extra time needed to exit, FLE102 was issued the missed approach.
