Incident at CARDSTON AB (CEA6)

Summary

2020-06-26: A privately registered Aero Commander 100X was conducting circuits at Cardston, AB (CEA6). On departure, the aircraft yawed, and the pilot attempted to recover but the landing gear clipped a barbed wire fence. The aircraft came to rest on a roof. The emergency locator transmitter (ELT) did not activate. Emergency services responded to the scene, no injuries. No operational impact.
