Incident at ST. JOHN'S INTL NL (CYYT) (Incursion - runway - vehicle)

Summary

2019-10-01: A ground vehicle with a plus one (grass cutter), was authorized to work in Taxiways Golf, Hotel, and Juliette, and to hold short of Runway 34. The plus one was then observed circling the hold short sign for Runway 34, with an Exploits Valley Air Services Beech 1900D (C-GUPW/EV792) on a flight from Deer Lake, NL (CYDF) to St. Johns Intl, NL (CYYT) cleared to land. Incursion was corrected immediately, which allowed the aircraft to land safely. No impact to operations.
