2017-10-03: The signal strength for an emergency locator transmitter (ELT) on 121.5 from 0743Z-0747Z was strong. The Moncton, NB (CZQM) shift manager was advised. Halifax Joint Rescue Coordination Centre (JRCC) was advised by the Air Traffic Operations Specialist (ATOS). The issue was resolved with the airline for a Jazz de Havilland DHC-8-402 (C-FSRW/ JZA8945) from Saint John, NB (CYSJ) to Toronto, ON (CYYZ) on the ground.
