2017-08-18: Due to technical reasons, a United States Air Force Boeing KC-135R (BLUE43) on a local flight from Portsmouth, NH (KPSM) had to return to base and required a fuel dump. The fuel dump began at 1233Z at FL220. Fuel dump ended at 1240Z. No impact on operations.
