Summary

2015-09-28: A privately registered Cessna 172H on a local flight from Charlottetown, PE (CYYG) was on final approach Runway 21 when two pedestrians conducting a survey were observed in the Runway Protected Area near the threshold Runway 03. The aircraft executed a missed approach due to a gusty crosswind and landed safely 15 minutes later. The aircraft was delayed 10 minutes while the pedestrians were moved outside the Runway Protected Area.
