Summary

2015-08-13: A 2536-6501 Quebec Inc Cessna 182F (C-FDTO) departed Richard Field, NB and attempted contact with Moncton, NB (QM) sector, radio was unreadable. The aircraft changed code to 7600 (radio failure) and back to 4456, climbed to 6000 VFR and started a descent. The aircraft established contact with QM sector, acknowledged the 7600 code change. The aircraft landed Richard Field, NB at 2355Z.
