Incident at 40 miles E GOOSE BAY NL (CYYR)


2015-06-24: An American corporately registered Gulfstream G-1159A (N939KM) from Goose Bay, NL (CYYR) to Paris/ Le Bourget, France (LFPB) departed CYYR at 0558Z and at 0609Z reported a mechanical issue, advised unable oceanic crossing and requested to divert to Gander, NL (CYQX). The flight was recleared as requested but at 0642Z flight requested further clearance to Bangor, ME (KBGR). Flight was again recleared as requested. Exited the Gander Flight Information Region (FIR) at 0650Z. No emergency, no assistance requested. The pilot reported flaps stuck at 10 degrees.
