Summary

2015-06-05: A Lorne Brett Motors Socata TBM 700 (C-GBCO) from Saint John, NB (CYSJ) to Fredericton, NB (CYFC) was cleared to CYFC off Runway 32 with altitude of 4000'. On initial contact C-GBCO checked in climbing to 4000' and was radar identified. Shortly after C-GBCO was observed still climbing at 4700'. There was no loss of separation, separation was not assured. There was no impact to the operation.
