Summary

2015-06-08: UPDATE: TSB Report#A15A0031: The corporately-owned Beech Jet 400A (registration N400XT) aeroplane departed Reykjavik (BIRK) for Goose Bay (CYYR). The departing controller held the aircraft at a lower altitude for higher traffic and a higher fuel burn ensued for a longer than expected time. As the crew passed 62N040W they decided to divert to Narsarsuaq (BGBW) for additional fuel due to this unforeseen circumstance. The flight proceeded as normally scheduled after this stop.
2015-06-03: At 1630Z, in the vicinity of 62N040W, an American corporately registered Raytheon Aircraft Company 400A (N400XT) from Reykjavik, Iceland (BIRK) to Goose Bay, NL (CYYR) requested to divert to Narsarsuaq, Greenland (BGBW) due to fuel shortage. The aircraft was established on a line to provide appropriate separation and cleared to descend out of controlled airspace. The aircraft landed at 1712Z.
