Incident at ST. JOHN'S INTL NL (CYYT)


2015-05-12: A Titan Airways Boeing 757 200 (AWC732) from Las Vegas, NV (KLAS) to St. John's, NL (CYYT), en route to CYYT with an estimated time of arrival (ETA) of 0812Z, requested an ambulance to meet the aircraft at the gate due to a crew member, a flight attendant, incurring a back injury.
2015-05-19: UPDATE: TSB Report#A15A0024: The Titan Airways Ltd. B757 (G-ZAPX) aeroplane departed Las Vegas McCarran Airport (KLAS) and was landing at St John?s (CYYT) when it encountered turbulence and a cabin crew member was thrown into the air and suffered a back injury. An ambulance was summoned and the crew member was hospitalized. There was a scheduled crew change in St John?s and the new crew continued on to destination of Stansted Airport (EGSS).
