Summary

2015-04-29: A CANLink Aviation Diamond DA 20-C1 (C-FSXA) on a local flight from Fredericton, NB (CYFC) taxied on a service road en route to Runway 15 for departure. The pilot was instructed to line up on Runway 15. A left downwind clearance was been given to a CANLink Aviation Diamond DA 20-C1 (C-GAHQ) inbound. The pilot of C-FSXA took this as a clearance for their flight and departed Runway 15 without a takeoff clearance. No impact on operations. C-FSXA was a training flight.
