Incident at FREDERICTON INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT (Aerodrome, runway or taxiway shutdown)


2015-04-29: UPDATE: Airport Incident Report#2015-0055: Saint John, NB (CYSJ) Flight Service Station (FSS) notified the fire hall at 0620Z that a Diamond eclipse had broken down on runway 33 and that runway 33 was NOTAMed closed. Red9 responded and found the disabled aircraft just on the north side of the intersection with in the restricted area
2015-04-22: A CANLink Aviation Diamond DA 20-C1 (C-FNDC) from Moncton, NB (CYQM) to Fredericton, NB (CYFC) on taxi became disabled on Runway 15/33. Runway 15/33 was closed. Runway 09/27 was also closed due to aircraft impeding Runway 27 protected area . Runway 09/27 closed for a few minutes. Runway 15/33 closed for 30 minutes. 1 VFR aircraft inbound with no delay.
