2015-04-08: A United Airlines Boeing 767 300 (UAL957) from Geneva, Switzerland (LSGG) to Newark, NJ (KEWR) was issued a climb through a Lufthansa Cargo McDonnell Douglas MD-11 (GEC8223) from Dallas, TX (KDFW) to Frankfurt, Germany (EDDF) without appropriate non-radar separation due to an incorrect estimate time for JEBBY fix.
