Summary

2015-04-08: At 0109Z, a United Airlines Boeing 767 400 (N78060 / UAL132) from Washington / Dulles, VA (KIAD) to Munich, Germany (EDDM) was observed to be 12.5 NM north off course. When queried, the pilot advised they were showing to be on course. After unsuccessfully correcting the issue the flight was recleared to hold at St. John's, NL (CYYT) and try to resolve the problem. Pilot advised issue was corrected and at 0156Z, the flight was recleared to 48N 050W and showed on course. Flight was recleared TR X F360 M80. Pilot advised an error was made entering the flight plan on the ground.
