Incident at FREDERICTON INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT

Summary

2015-02-02: A Canlink Aviation Diamond DA 20-C1 (C-FNJW) from Fredericton, NB (CYFC) departed on a flight plan to Moncton, NB (CYQM). At approximately 1418Z, while still in the control zone, reported with engine problems and requested to land. Landing clearance was given, the aircraft landed at 1422Z. Aircraft rescue and fire fighting (ARFF) was called on standby to follow the aircraft in. The aircraft did not require assistance.
2015-04-15: Update from Maintenance & Manufacturing: The snag reported to maintenance was that the cylinder head temperature (CHT) was reading over the red line. Maintenance found a bad CHT probe, which was replaced. Runs were carried out with no further issues.
