Summary

2015-04-15: Update from Maintenance & Manufacturing: The oil dipstick access door in the cowling was not secured prior to take-off. The aircraft was not snagged as there was no fault found with the latch by the pilot.
2015-01-16: A CANLink Aviation Diamond DA 20-C1 (C-FJXD), on a local flight from Fredericton, NB (CYFC), in downwind for Runway 27, reported the oil cover was open. Aircraft landed Runway 27 at 0235Z with no further incident. No operational impact.
