Incident at RANKIN INLET NU (CYRT)

Summary

2013-02-01: At 2157Z, A Calm Air Aerospatiale ATR 42 (C-FMAK/ operating as CAV7292) on a IFR flight reported in the missed approach. When asked the reason, the pilot replied he did not like the equipment indications. At 2213Z, the aircraft advised they were diverting to CYTH. The information was passed to ZEG ATOS with the pilot's ETA for CYTH. No impact on operations.
2013-02-05: UPDATE Maintenance & Manufacturing: Calm Air ATR 42 C-FMAK diverted to YTH due to equipment indications, YTH maintenance investigated and found L/H prop actuator leaking, replaced L/H actuator, ground runs completed no further leaks recorded. Aircraft released back into service without further incident.
