Incident at CALGARY INTL AB (CYYC)
2013-01-15: UPDATE Maintenance & Manufacturing: Beech 1900D did not have a gear down and safe indication on approach into Calgary. The pilots elected to do a missed approach and contacted company maintenance personnel via VHF radio. The pilots were instructed to replace the landing gear position indicator bulbs and all systems returned to normal. The aircraft then had an uneventful landing.
2013-01-14: A Sunwest Aviation Beech 1900 (operating as CNK2901) on a IFR flight overshot runway 16 from 4 final due to "Gear indication". CNK2901 requested ARFF on standby at 0238z. The aircraft landed at 0247z and taxied in. Several aircraft delayed less than 10 minutes. No other impact to operation.
2013-01-21: UPDATE TSB A13W0002: The Sunwest Aviation Beech 1900 D, C-GSLX, was on final approach into Calgary Intl. when the crew received an unsafe gear indication. The flight overshot runway 16 and requested for ARFF to be on standby. The flight then landed safely at 1947 MST. The pilots had contacted company maintenance personnel via VHF radio. They were instructed to replace the landing gear position indicator bulbs. When this was done all systems returned to normal. The aircraft then had an uneventful landing.
