Incident at BRADD intersection

Summary

2015-10-21: UPDATE: TSB Report#A13A0127: The United Airlines Boeing 767-322 (N664UA) was operating as UAL992 on a flight from Newark Liberty International Airport (KEWR) to Zurich. During cruise flight at FL360 the flight crew received a CABIN ALTITUDE EICAS message and noted that the cabin altitude was 10 000 feet. The crew declared an emergency and received clearance to descend to 10 000 feet. The crew contacted company and determined that the #1 cabin pressure controller had failed. The crew elected to divert with the aircraft selected to the #2 cabin controller and cabin altitude restored. The aircraft climbed to FL280 and returned to land at KEWR without further incident. Company maintenance inspected the aircraft and replaced the #1 cabin pressure controller and pressurization outflow valve.
2015-10-21: At time 0105Z, a United Airlines Boeing 767 300 (N664UA/ UAL992) from Newark, NJ (KEWR) to Zurich (LSZH) advised of a pressurization problem and requested descent to 10,000 feet, the flight was cleared as requested. Once level at 10,000 feet, UAL992 advised the pressurization problem has been corrected, requested FL340 and diversion to Boston, MA (KBOS). The flight was cleared as requested.
