Incident at FREDERICTON INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT

Summary

2015-10-22: A Canlink Aviation DA 20-C1 (C-FSXA) on a local flight from Fredericton, NB (CYFC) was on final and cleared to land runway 27. A Canlink Aviation Diamond DA 20-C1 (C-GHTO) on a local flight from Fredericton, NB (CYFC) called Tower on taxiway Alfa for departure runway 27. Tower instructed C-GHTO to hold short runway 27 which was read back by the aircraft. C-GHTO was observed taxiing onto the runway. C-FSXA was about 1/2 mile final instructed to pull up.
