Summary

2015-10-22: An Exploits Valley Air Services Ltd Beech 1900 (EV7630) from Deer Lake, NL (CYDF) to St. John's, NL (CYYT) landed CYYT runway 34 and reported foreign object debris (FOD) near the centre line mid-runway. An American, corporately registered Gulfstream 200 (N86CW) from Ottawa, ON (CYOW) was on 5 NM final for landing runway 34. N86CW was given a turn and delayed approximately 2 minutes. Staff25 found a piece of aluminum. The Duty Manager is investigating.
