Summary

2014-12-12: PAL Airlines (PVL902) arrived on runway 25 and advised a piece of rubber on runway. Maintenance was advised. ATC checked with last three departures. Provincial counter reported that a PAL Airlines de Havilland DHC 8 102 (C-GPAL/ PVL411) from Deer Lake, NL (CYDF) to St. John's, NL (CYYT) had a blown a tire on departure.
