Incident at GREATER MONCTON ROMEO LEBLANC INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT
2014-11-28: Update Maintenance & Manufacturing: The aircraft was snagged for a rough engine after landing. Maintenance found a rub mark on one prop blade and a tire mark on the bottom of the nose gear strut consistent with a hard landing. No hard landing was reported by the pilot at the time or by previous pilots. The aircraft is in maintenance currently for further evaluation.
2014-11-28: While 2 nautical miles east of the airport, shortly after departure, A Canlink Aviation Inc Diamond DA 20-C1 on a local flight from Moncton, NB (CYQM) requested a return for landing due to a rough running engine. No assistance was required. The aircraft landed safely at 1657Z without further incident. No operational impact.
