Incident at MOATT

Summary

2014-11-18: A Delta Air Lines Boeing 767 300 (N153DL / DAL73) on a flight from Istanbul (LTBA) to New York (KJFK) at time 1650Z, checked in with the high domestic and was observed climbing through FL325. When the flight was queried as to what altitude the flight was climbing to and where the climb clearance was received, the flight advised that no clearance was received. No traffic for the flight.
