Summary

2014-11-18: The crew of a a Westjet Boeing 767-600 (WJA278) on a flight from Toronto, ON (CYYZ) to Sydney, NS (CYQY) advised that the Aircraft Control of Aerodrome Lighting (ARCAL) did not turn on the runway lighting, necessitating a go around. The aircraft was vectored for a second approach. The lighting worked OK and the aircraft landed without incident at 0212Z.
