Summary

2014-11-18: UPDATE: TSB REPORT#A13A0063: The Exploits Valley Air Services Beechcraft B1900D aircraft (C-GLHO), operating as flight EV7644, had taken off from Goose Bay enroute to Gander. When the crew selected the flaps up after take-off the flaps remained at 17 degrees due to being locked out by a split flap condition. The crew requested a return to Goose Bay and reduced power to stay within the flap operating speed range. EV7644 landed without further incident. Company maintenance found a failed right hand outboard flap cable.
2015-12-15: An Exploits Valley Air Services Beech 1900D aircraft (C-GLHO / EV7644) on a flight from Goose Bay, NL (CYYR) to Gander, NL (CYQX) departed Goose Bay and was approximately 5 miles southeast when it requested to return due to a flap issue. No emergency was declared and aircraft landed at 2158Z without further incident.
