2013-06-05: At 1929Z, the Quebec FIC received a VFR flight plan "PROPOSED" from Bangor, ME (KBGR) for a Forest Patrol Bell 206L-4 (C-FXZU) from Aroostook County, ME (KFVE) to Edmundston, NB (CYES). The proposed time of departure was 2000Z. The FIC had not received a start message to activate the flight plan. The flight was made as planned. No VFR alert service had been provided for this flight. The pilot called 2033Z to close flight plan.
