Incident at 22 Nautical Miles east of USBAM Intersection


2016-08-16: BBD2541, Boeing 777-300, enroute from Moncton (CYQM) to Keflavík (BIKF), was cleared to 33,000 feet and read back 33,000 feet. The aircraft was observed on radar climbing through 33,000 feet. The controller queried the pilot. The aircraft reached a maximum altitude of 33,700 feet before descending back to 33,000 feet. There was no impact on operations and there were no other aircraft in the vicinity.
