Incident at 20 Miles East of Moncton (CYQM) (Communication navigation surveillance/air traffic system)
2014-11-04: Update #1 : According to information from the Commercial and Business Aviation division, Boston center forgot to hand the crew over the Moncton center. When the crew realized this, they tried to get a hold of them without success. As they were doing this, the operations center of the company sent them a message with the frequency for Moncton.
2017-03-06: On handoff, the Boston Air Route Traffic Control Centre (ARTCC) advised that the aircraft was not responding to the frequency change for the Moncton Area Control Centre (ACC). Moncton attempted to contact on guard, Boston (128.05), via selcall, and sitcom however no contact was made. A message was relayed through the aircraft company office and contact was made at 01:50Z. The pilot advised they were not given a frequency for the Moncton ACC.
