Incident at CHARLOTTETOWN AIRPORT

Summary

2017-03-06: C-GMFI, Diamond DA 20 C1 was enroute from Halifax (CYHZ) to Charlottetown (CYYG). When the flight reported inbound to Charlottetown it advised of low oil pressure and that it would make a full stop to add oil. No emergency was declared. The aircraft arrived at 19:45Z.
2017-03-06: UPDATE Airworthiness: During the flight from Halifax (CYHZ) to Charlottetown (CYYG), the student pilot noted that both the oil pressure and oil temperature were a little lower than what was observed during the Moncton (CYQM) to Halifax leg. The pilot elected to land in Charlottetown even though both readings were still in the normal operating range (green arc). He wanted to check the oil level and ensure that it was still okay. After shut down the pilot checked the oil level and noted that it was the same as when he checked it in Moncton. He made the appropriate calls to update his ETA for Moncton. He then started the aircraft and observed the oil pressure was still in the green. The flight continued to Moncton without issue.
