2013-01-31: The Fredericton Tower contacted the Moncton Area Control Centre (ACC) to advise that TGO860, Cessna 550 was in a turn, although the flight was given a Standard Instrument Departure (SID); runway heading for radar vectors. There was no impact regarding traffic. The ACC controller cleared the aircraft on course once communication was established.
