Summary

2011-03-28: ACA657, an Embraer 190 scheduled to depart St. John?s (CYYT) for Halifax (CYHZ) was taxiing from the de-icing area to the departure runway, the flight crew reported the aircraft?s brakes were frozen. There were two other aircraft delayed approximately twenty minutes. No further impact on aerodrome operations.
