Summary

2011-03-16: C-FJXE, Diamond DA 20 C1, was on a local training flight. The VFR aircraft, landed on Runway 24 in Moncton (CYQM) with instructions to exit on Taxiway Delta and hold short of Runway 29. The aircraft proceeded past the hold short line on Delta Taxiway to the edge of Runway 29. MFCLG01, a local training flight, IFR, was on approach to Runway 29 and at 1/2 mile final was instructed to conduct a missed approach due to traffic on the runway. MFCLG01 landed on Runway 24 without incident.
