At time 1538Z position 54N048W, flight declared a medical emergency (passenger) and requested to divert to Gander (CYQX). ATC cleared aircraft as requested. Fuel dump conducted from 1618Z to 1629Z. Aircraft landed CYQX at time 1655Z. Nil TSB
