Summary

2011-01-28: JZA899, RJ100, was enroute from Goose Bay (CYYR) to Halifax (CYHZ). The Gander Area Control Centre (ACC) passed to the Moncton ACC the altitude as 34,000 ft. The Moncton controller did not notice the altitude discrepancy until approximately 15 minutes later as the aircraft leveled at 35,000 ft.
