Summary

2011-01-20: JZA942, RJ200, enroute from Toronto (CYYZ) to Saint John (CYSJ), was cleared to the airport for a straight in ILS 05 approach via CROSI. Approaching CROSI at 3,000 ft, the flight entered a hold pattern without Air Traffic Control (ATC) clearance due to runway conditions. ATC clearance was issued. The aircraft held for approximately 20 minutes and then landed. There was minimal impact on operations. No other aircraft were involved.
