Summary

2011-01-06: A student pilot was instructed to turn right but turned left after departing from Runway 24 in Moncton (CYQM). The subsequent planned aircraft departure was cancelled to ensure safe operations.
2011-01-10: UPDATE Nav Canada AOR 127911-V2: C-GUZC, Cessna 172N, (Student pilot), was inbound from the northwest and was instructed to follow the highway and join right downwind Runway 24. The flight was instructed several times, but continued and crossed the departure path of Runway 24. C-FJXD, Diamond DA 20 C1, had been cleared for takeoff and begun the takeoff roll. Departure clearance was cancelled to avoid conflict with C-GUZC.
