Summary

2010-12-10: C-FCAP, Cessna 172S, was cleared by the ground controller to taxi for Runway 27 via Taxiway A with instructions to contact the tower holding short. Subsequently C-FNIN, Diamond DA 20 C1, was cleared to land on Runway 27. C-FCAP contacted the tower while holding short and was then instructed by tower to hold short of Runway 27, which was read back. The tower observed C-FCAP crossing the hold line to take position on Runway 27. C-FNIN, on short final for Runway 27, was instructed to conduct a missed approach.
