2010-12-01: RJA261, Airbus A340-200, enroute from Amman (OJAI) to New York (KJFK), at 38,000 ft. and LOT6, Boeing 767-300, enroute from Warsaw (EPWA) to New York (KJFK), at 36,000 ft. both reported moderate to severe turbulence at their respective levels. Both aircraft were given descent clearances. The Flight Information Centre (FIC) was advised.
