Incident at GREATER MONCTON ROMEO LEBLANC INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT
Summary
2010-11-16: C-FUWL, Cessna 172S, was taxiing for a Runway 24 departure with a restriction to hold short of Runway 29. C-FUWL contacted the airport controller while in Taxiway C and was instructed to stand-by, as there was an aircraft departing on Runway 29. The controller observed C-FUWL entering Runway 29 to cross into Taxiway D. C-GMFK, Diamond DA 20 C1, was already airborne departing from Runway 29. C-GMFK departed without further incident while C-FUWL was instructed to return to the apron.
