Incident at GANDER INTL NL (CYQX)

Summary

2010-11-04: At 15:23Z, a Canadian registered Cessna A185F, inbound to Gander (CYQX) from Grand Falls, NL, advised eight miles south of Gander that it had an indication that the gear was not down. The pilot lowered the gear manually but was not sure it was fully down. The aircraft conducted a flyby at 15:29Z and was advised that the gear appeared to be down. The aircraft landed safely at 15:31Z with Aircraft Rescue and Fire-Fighting (ARFF) on standby. There was no impact on operations.
