Summary

2010-11-02: During the final approach, the pilot of C-GUMQ, Piper PA31, enroute from St-Frédéric (CSZ4) to Wabush (CYWK), reported a problem with the landing gear. No emergency was declared or priority requested. After some checks were completed, the aircraft landed without incident at 15:44Z.
2011-01-14: UPDATE Maintenance & Manufacturing: The landing gear indication (green light) was missing. The light was replaced in flight and that corrected the indication problem.
