2010-11-01: N45AC, Gulfstream G4, enroute from Maastricht (EHBK) to Gander (CYQX), landed on Runway 03 in Gander. The flight went to the end of the runway and the nose wheel went off the end. There were no injuries. The aircraft was evacuated. There was no apparent damage to the nose wheel or the aircraft.
2010-11-16: UPDATE TSB: A10A0114: N45AC, a Gulfstream G IV, was en route from Maastricht Aachen Airport in the Netherlands to Gander. After touchdown on Runway 03, the aircraft continued to the end of the stopway at the end of the runway and came to rest with the nose wheel off the end of the stopway. There were no injuries and no aircraft damage. Maintenance inspection revealed that there was no damage after which the aircraft was returned to service. The aircraft departed Gander and exited Canadian airspace without further incident.
